JAMMU, Mar 3: Deputy Mayor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Adv Purnima Sharma today inspected ongoing NBCC works in ward number 1.
Acting on complaints, Dy Mayor visited the areas and during inspection, Deputy Mayor noted that the lanes were in worst condition, also in the lanes where the work has been completed, the tile patches and manholes were made in asymmetry.
The bags of rubble of the construction work were placed on the sides of the lanes since months and were not removed till date. At the site of ongoing NBCC's works, the construction materials were dumped everywhere, the lanes were not properly repaired and were further being damaged due to which the locals were suffering a lot.
