SAMBA, Mar 3: Inter panchayat block level football tournament concluded today here at Maharaja Suchet Singh Stadium, with Kartar Football Club Samba winning the finals. The final match of tournament was played between Baba Hasel Dev FC Vijaypur and Kartar Football club samba in which latter won the final match by 1-0 goals. The chief guest at the final match was Senior Superintended of Police, Shakti Pathak. He gave away cash prize of twenty thousand to the winner team and medal to the winners and participants. He showered praises on the athletes and encouraged them to keep practicing the football game and bring laurels for their family, friends, home town and nation.
District Youth Sports and Service Officer, Kiran Jyoti; Raghuvir Singh EX N D S teacher coordinator, Iqbal Singh were present on the occasion.
