JAMMU, Mar 14: Bharti Public School and Asian Kids Bari Brahmana today celebrated International Women's Day with Yoga and Zumba Dance at School auditorium. In the programme, 40 women staff of both schools participated. The programme started with Sarswati Vandana by group of teachers. Yoga was started by Kulbinder Singh Jamwal , Principal, Bharti Public School and all teachers performed various Yoga Asans like Tadasana, Bhujangasana, Parnayam, vajrasan and Surya Namaskar etc . The programme concluded with Zumba dance hosted by Vishal Jamwal Director Jamwal Educational Trust. Preeti Singh and Varun Arora School Incharge were also present |
