Srinagar ,March 15
Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Ahmad Khan has been appointed as advisor to G C Murmu, Lieutenant Governor, Jammu and Kashmir.
An order issued by the Union Home Ministry on Sunday said that Khan’s appointment will be effective the day he assumes charge.

The order, issued by Anandi Ventakeswaran, deputy secretary to the government of India, said: “The undersigned is directed to convey approval of the competent authority in the ministry to the appointment of Shri Baseer Ahmad Khan, as advisor to Lt Governor, Jammu and Kashmir for effective discharge of his functions…” |
