Poonch, Mar 21:A teacher was suspended here for violating the Section 144 of CrPc ordered by the District Magistrate in wake of the coronavirus outbreak.
“Pending enquiry into his conduct, Mukhtar Hussain Shah, teacher attached with the office of Zonal Education Officer Surankote district Poonch is hereby placed under suspension with an immediate effect for disobeying the order of section 144 of crpc. The official shall remain attached in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Poonch during the period of his suspension,” reads an order issued by SDM Surankote.
For the last few days, scores of officials were suspended for violating the government orders issued as preventive measures to tackle the spread of COVID-19 disease. |
