| GS Sports Club celebrates World Earth Day | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 23: GS Sports Club celebrated World Earth Day in the premises of Police Station Bishnah and Tehsil office Bishnah.
A tree plantation drive was undertaken in Sub Division Bishnah in which several social activists participated enthusiastically.
Raman Verma Tehsildar Bishnah appreciated the efforts of GS Sports Club and motivated people to plant trees in their houses wholeheartedly.
Deepak Pathania SHO Bishnah also urged people to take care of the planet earth and take measures to make it more greener place to live.
Er Sushant Gupta, Chairman GS Sports Club made the society aware about the importance of Earth Day.
Gupta said that the efforts to tackle corona virus pandemic are going in the right direction. He urged the people to stay at homes so as to stay healthy. |
