| Child found wandering in Subash Nagar | | |

Jammu, Apr 23: Police Control Room Jammu on a tip off that one child of about 7 years was wandering in the streets of Freinds sector Subhash Nagar. On this information police team of PP Sarwal led by Ins.Vishav Partap Singh rushed towards Friends sector and enquired from child about his whereabouts. Child disclosed his name as Goutam Paswan and told that he is an orphan and was living in the streets of Subash Nagar for the last one year. The statement of the child created suspicion and the search to trace out his parents started.
After hectic efforts by police party his parents were traced and the child was handed over to his father namely Ganpat Paswan R/O Shahidabad district Arharia Bihar A/P Shiv Nagar, Sarwal Jammu. His father told that his son was missing since 6 PM in the evening and he was searching for his son on his own and told that his son took Rs 100 from the house which was the reason behind not diclosing the actual identity by the child. |
