BPCL introduces Whatsapp booking

JAMMU, May 27: The second-largest national oil marketing company Bharat Petroleum Corp Ltd (BPCL) has announced a new customer-friendly initiative with the launch of cooking gas booking through Whatsapp for its seven crore customers pan India.
The launch of this application was done by Arun Singh Director, Marketing BPCL in presence of T Peethambaran, ED (LPG) at BPCL HQ, Mumbai in presence of senior company officials. Giving brief of this application Territory Manager LPG, Jammu Surinder Dogra said that Whatsapp is one of the most commonly used apps among all ages of population & provision of LPG booking on a click will make it simple & fast for Bharat gas customers. He further said that just on a single click, customer will get a confirmation message apart from a link to make an online payment for the refill through any channel -- debit or credit cards, UPI, and other payment apps like Amazon. The BPC will also introduce new features like LPG delivery tracking, taking feedback from customer & other service related issues.
