JAMMU, May 27: Today on an specific information, a team from ukhral police post during patrolling in area of senabati conducted raid in a house of one Kabala Singh and recovered Approx. 14/15 litres of Lahan and utensils/raw material /Apparatus which are used for making Desi liquor and the same was seized from the spot.
The arrested person has been identified as Kabala Singh R/o Senabati Chunthan Ukhral. In this regard, a case FIR no 44/2020 u/s 48 (e) (f) Excise act was registered at Police Station Ramsoo and investigation started.
Police team led by in-charge police post Ukhraal SI Deepak Katoch made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Ramsoo DySP (Prob) Dr Sumit Sharma, SDPO Banihal Ashish Gupta, Addl SP Ramban Sanjay Parihar and SSP Ramban Haseeb Ur Rehman.
