JAMMU, May 27: Bank of India, Satwari Branch, Amritsar Zone under NBG North-I continued its drive to distribute dry ration to needy and distressed people. The drive was carried out in Lower Roop Nagar.
Needless to mention here that this is the 5th time that the Bank has come forward to held the downtrodden during the lockdown period. Earlier also the ration was distributed in the Purkhoo and Gol Puli,Digiana areas of Jammu and Gandarbal area.
The exercise was organized under the guidance of Dr Smita Murmu the first lady of J&K. Dr Murmu has categorically advised to take social distancing and other sanitization measures during distribution.
