Online guest lectures organised by MV International school

JAMMU, May 27: Three online sessions were organized by M V International School. In order to break the monotony of online studies and to motivate the children to stay positive during this pandemic situation, a new series of guest lectures by eminent achievers has been initiated by the school.
The first live online session was organized for the students of classes 10th and 12th on the topic ‘We Can Achieve Anything if we Stay Focused’ by a highly decorated Army Officer and ace mountaineer; son of the soil from district samba Col. Ranveer Singh Jamwal.
He motivated the students to keep their spirits high, learn from failures; he talked about enthusiasm to set high aims to achieve our dreams.
The second online live session was conducted for classes 6th to 8th by the famous Jammu di kurhi Shwetima Jamwal, Radio Jockey from Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM she gave a talk on the theme ‘Jammu Meri Nazar Se’. She shared lot of information about Jammu and its places of historical and cultural importance.
The third session was attended by Chairman of School Hira Lal Abrol, Director Gourav Abrol, school principal, staff members, students and their parents. The parents and guests expressed satisfaction over the initiative take up by the school to conduct of such sessions.
This shall help the students to learn better and stay motivated.
Online classes are not merely for teaching only, but such sessions would definitely add value to the cause of education.
