Deport people who support adversary
6/10/2020 11:54:26 PM

Central Government’s August 5 decision to revoke J&K’s special status and bifurcate the erstwhile State into two union territories has left the handful of Kashmir centric politicians high and dry. They seem to be out of race and don’t figure anywhere.
Abdullah family, which ruled Jammu and Kashmir for many years, after 1947 is grappling to keep its party National Conference intact and seems to be running out of ideas about how to remain relevant in the changed political scenario.
Last month one of the members of Abdullah family had tweeted: “Let’s wait for the Chinese- perhaps they’ll restore 4GRolling on the floor laughing.” The tweet had evoked sharp reactions from the nationalist people following which the Abdullah family member deactivated the social media account and went into a hiding. But the person has reappeared and the controversial tweet still continues to be there.
By toeing an anti-national line and drawing sadistic pleasure over China’s misadventure in Ladakh, the member of Abdullah family depicted how desperate they have become.
This family seems to have forgotten that India provided them with all the privileges for 70-years and even today they are enjoying these comforts which were provided by the country. When entire country was expressing outrage against the Chinese aggression and voices were become shriller to boycott the Chinese goods, a political family was ridiculing the country to which they owe everything to.
After August 5, 2019, the myth about these political families being the leaders of people stands shattered as no one in Kashmir came out to seek their release. Putting the so-called leaders under detention and then releasing them has not made any difference to a common man. J&K’s reorganization has been a big blow for people like Abdullahs, Muftis and others who used to believe that they are born to rule and they can keep on dictating terms to Centre. Nationalist people always highlighted the double standards of Kashmir centric leaders and they going out of way to appease separatists and Pakistan. The nationalist people as on date stand vindicated. Its high time for the Government of India to shun these so-called leaders and promote the true Indians in Kashmir. These leaders never allowed these true Indians to come forward and play a lead role. There is no place left for pseudo-leaders and they need to be shown the door. Ones who are waiting for adversary to invade should be deported to the countries, which they support.
