SRO 202 revocation, big victory of J&K youths: JPPF | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 16: JPPF has welcomed the government decision on revocation of recruitment policy under SRO 202. In a meeting of the JPPF held here today, M S Katoch the working President of the Forum said that it is the victory of youth of Jammu and Kashmir who raised this issue very effectively and the Government of Jammu and Kashmir under the able leadership of Lieutenant Governor G C Murmu considered their request positively by scrapping SRO 202. We congratulate all the youths of J&K who were otherwise going to suffer due to ill framed policies to exploit the recruitment system, adding that while issuing order the Govt should ensure that youth already appointed should also not suffer and the order should be with retrospective effect. Katoch also said that we are waiting for order to come and then will chalk out strategy for further course of action, While talking with members he explained that JPPF since inception is working for the welfare of the people of Jammu province without any vested interest and has accomplished many assignments to final conclusion, and that’s why the people of Jammu have full faith in the working of the organization under the able guidance of Pavitar Singh (Retired Distt and Session judge).
