JAMMU, July 24: On the demand of the people of Mohalla Raghunathpura, Ward No 15 Jammu East, an initiative was taken to remove the unnecessary and undue parking of two wheelers within the busy lanes of the locality by Adv Suresh Kumar Dogra, Chairman OBC Department PCC J&K. The people of the locality had approached OBC Deptt PCC with a plea that they are facing a big problem due to the illegal parking in their ward especially RN Pura. The residents of the Mohalla briefed that the two wheelers are parked in such a way that it is very difficult to maneuver the path by old persons and women. Adv Dogra discussed the matter with the SP Traffic Jammu Pradeep Goriya and urged the officer to redress the problem. After listening to the problems, SP Traffic Jammu immediately directed his subordinates to look into the matter and report the action to him. Following SP’s instuctions, Inspector Rakesh Kumar visited the whole area and assured the early redressel of the problem. The prominent residents of the Mohalla who were also present in the meeting includes Ravinder Kumar, Sanjeev Jamwal, Vipin Sharma, Sohan Lal, Kuldeev Kumar , Sorav Ji, Anjali and Shakti Devi.
