| Kashmiri migrant students urges MRD for issuance of Domicile Certificate | | | | Jammu, July 29: Kashmiri migrant students appealed to Migrant Relief Department for issuance of Domicile Certificate on top priority only for admission purpose. Er Ramesh Chander Mahajan has expressed serious concern over delay in issue of domicile certificate for those Kashmiri Migrant students who have applied for the purpose of admission in ( Prime Minister Special Scholarship Scheme ) PMSSS for academic year 2020-21 and other admission . The large number of student of Kashmiri Migrant Parents approached to the migrant relief department canal road Jammu . Regarding the issuance of domicile certificate from relief department to submit it for enrolment in Prime Minister Special Scholarship scheme and other admission , while the last date of form submission of PMSSS is 31st July 2020 nothing has done till date for issue of certificate. Meanwhile Relief department has given already direction to concerned department issuing the certificate on priority basis only for admission purpose those who have filled the paper of domicile certificate on line portal , unfortunately due to reason corona virus pandemic and delayed in issue of certificate , student/Parents are facing lot of problem which is a loss to the student admission to avail the great benefit/opportunity. |
