While speaking in the meeting, Sudershan Singh Wazir condemned the attitude of J&K police of harassing the Sikh boys and their families by interrogating them on the charges of referendum 2020, held that Sikhs had sacrificed a lot for the independence of India and also played their due role in the development of the country after independence. Patriotism of Sikhs is second to none as during the time of any emergency Sikhs are at the forefront may that be wars, natural calamities or disasters. The meeting said that J&K police should keep all these things in mind that Sikhs can never be involved in any activity which goes against the interest of this nation. This kind of treatment meted out to Sikhs can never be tolerated and if this harassment continues then a strong agitation will be commenced throughout the J&K. |
