Continuous rain from past one day has created flood like situation in most parts of the Kashmir valley and it is all because of the utter failure of the government to tackle Kashmir’s vulnerability to floods, bringing back haunting memories of 2014 when the Valley was hit by the devastating deluge, said Bashir Ahmad from Khore village of Pattan area.
