| Court acquits 3 accused facing trial in NDPS case | | |

JAMMU, Sep 4 (JNF): Principal Sessions Judge Rajouri Jaffer Hussain Beigh acquitted three accused namely Muzamal Hussain, Mohd Akram and Mohd Arif facing trial in NDPS Case for the last 10 years.
Police Station Darhal has prosecuted the accused persons Muzamal Hussain and Mohd Akram for having in possession one kilogram poppy straw and the accused Mohd Arif in possession of 12 kilogram poppy straw and three fake Official Seals on 27th of June 2010.
Principal Sessions Judge Rajouri Beigh after hearing both the sides observed that it is not proved that the poppy straw was recovered from any of the accused persons the case of the prosecution is thus not proved. The result is that the challan is dismissed and the accused are acquitted. JNF
