KISHTWAR, Sep 4: PHE Daily Wagers of district Kishtwar today called a meeting under the Chairmanship of Vikar Ahmed Dev in which majority of workers demanded regularization of all the daily wagers working in the department.
As per the details available with Early Times, during the course of the meeting at Union hall Kishtwar, executive Committee of daily wagers unanimously decided to raise their issues by holding press conference across the UY on 7th of September 2020 regarding Regularization Policy, Minimum Wages act, Retirement of daily wagers without any benefit, and other Pending issues of and daily wagers so that their voices could reach to the deaf ears of the government.
They also unanimously passed resolution for roadmap for the welfare and upliftment of daily wagers in future.
In the meeting, huge gathering of daily wagers resolve that the government should address the issues or face agitation. |
