Jammu, Sept 7: Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ Education Minister, Government of India on September 8 will Lokaarpan (inaugurate) three projects (buildings and road), recently completed at Central University of Jammu, Samba. The online Lokaārpaṇ / Nāmkaraṇ of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Hostel, Pandit Premnath Dogra Guest House and Brigadier Rajendra Singh Road by Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ Hon’ble Education Minister, Government of India is scheduled to take place on September 8, 2020 (Tuesday) at 4:20 PM. The Programme will begin at 4:00 PM on September 8, 2020 (Tuesday) with Vedic Mańgalācaran by Manish Kumar. A brief introduction will be given by Introduction by Prof. Rasal Singh, Dean, Students’ Welfare at 4:05 PM, following which, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Central University of Jammu Prof. Ashok Aima will address. At 4:15 PM Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh, Assistant DSW, Central University of Jammu will be elaborating the Rationale of the nomenclature. Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ Education Minister will Lokaārpaṇ / Nāmkaraṇ (inaugurate) Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee Hostel, Pandit Premnath Dogra Guest House and Brigadier Rajendra Singh Road.
At 4:30 Special Guest, Shri Sanjay Dhotre, Minister of State for Education, Government of India, will address. At 4:35 Guest of Honour, Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State Independent Charge Government of India will address. At 4:40 Presidential Address will be given by the Chief Guest, Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, Hon’ble Minister of Education, Government of India. 4:55 Dr. Ravi Kumar, Registrar will present a vote of thanks and at the end of the programme the National Anthem will be played.
