Jammu, Oct 8: President Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress committee Ghulam Ahmed Mir has issued advisory to the participants in the Kissan Sammelan scheduled for October 10th in Jammu to follow the COVID prevention advisories including wearing of masks, maintaining social distancing and use of sanitizers while attending the programme, in limited numbers, which shall also attended by Rajni Patil, Ex - MP AICC Incharge J&K affairs.
