Jammu, Nov 6: Kranti Dal president Pritam Sharma has asked some questions to People's Alliance, formed in the name of the incumbent Kashmir-centric Gupkar declaration. As per questions, Dal president said, “With the removal of Articles 370 and 35-A, the daughters of Jammu and Kashmir, West Pakistani Refugees, Valmiki Samaj and Gorkha Samaj have got equal rights. Have the Kashmir leaders been hurt by this? Other questions are, “Due to Article 370, people of Scheduled Caste, Gujar, Bakarwal, Gaddi and Sippy society were denied political reservation in Jammu and Kashmir. But they have now got these reservations after the removal of Article 370 and 35-A. But these leaders, who call themselves representatives of Gujjar community, are also hurt by this. Moreover, with the removal of Article 370, the way for reservation for backward classes has been cleared. This reservation was not available to the backward classes of Jammu and Kashmir. Also, are Abdullah, Mufti etc. upset and hurt. |
