DDC polls fight of Tiranga lovers Vs Pak, China lovers: Chugh | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 18: Terming DDC elections as a fight between Tiranga lovers and Pakistan/China lovers, BJP National General Secretary & J&K Prabhari, Tarun Chugh asked party leaders to ensure win of every single DDC seat. Chugh said this while addressing a series of meetings of J&K BJP senior leaders to discuss the matters related to District Development Council (DDC) elections at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu. He along with Union MoS Finance & J&K Election Incharge Anurag Thakur and J&K Seh-Prabhari Ashish Sood took the detailed reporting of election preparations in various Districts and discussed the individual issues in detail. Chugh asked senior leader of party to acquire a mentoring role in these elections and plan everything keenly in these contests under their close observance. J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina, former President & former DyCM Dr Nirmal Singh, former President & MP (Rajya Sabha) Shamsher Singh Manhas, former President & MP (Lok Sabha) Jugal Kishore Sharma, former President & former Minister Sat Sharma, former Dy. CM Kavinder Gupta, BJP National Secretary Dr Narinder Singh also addressed the main meeting, which was attended by party State Office Bearers, State Election Committee, District Prabharis, Election Prabharis and other senior leaders. Speaking on the occasion, Anurag Thakur emphasized that our predecessors have stood firm against all anti-Nationals for decades and now we have to defeat evil designs of this Gupkar Gang with grit. He also added that while making India a stronger Nation, PM Modi has also transformed life of needy with revolutionary steps and stressed on highlighting these things. Ravinder Raina insisted that we have already entered into the election mode and there is absolutely no time to take rest. He said that we need to up our momentum as we have to ensure that only the patriots who hold the "Tiranga" in high esteem win this election as this is just not an ordinary election but a fight with the supporters of China and Pakistan. |
