Rajouri, Nov 22: Today an impressive function was held by JKRETTF in Press Club of Rajouri in which the newly inducted/formed Zonal Presidents and portfolio holders were felicitated.
Moreover the second phase of election for the district executive was the main agenda of the day for which five candidates were in fray and unanimously four candidates offered their unconditional support to Aftab Tantray and Tantray will continue to be the Distt President of JKRETTF Rajouri, Naresh Sharma as senior Vice President, Farooq Haqla as vice president, Sonika Sharma as vice president of Female wing and Mjeeb Malik elected as General secretary the other portfolios will be announced shortly after the recommendations of Zonal Presidents.
The newly elected portfolio holders were administered oath for the post and urged upon by the Returning Officer to work with dedication and full potential for mitigation of the issues of teaching fraternity and community. Amit Mehta, returning officer was widely appreciated by all for his efforts in conducting free and fair elections with the team of his AROs. All the newly inducted team members thanked the teachers for their trust in them Tantray in his statement thanked all for reaffirming their trust in him and giving him one more chance to serve his community. |
