Tajinder seeks special package for tourism industry | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 27: Renowned social activist Tajinder Singh has expressed deep concern over the plight of Jammu and Kashmir business particularly those connected with tourism business which is stand still even after the unlock phases of covid19 pandemic. Tajinder said that tourism sector has been pushed to innumerable hardship rather than any relief from government and is passing through the worst phase as it is on lowest ebb due to zero business. Tajinder said that tourism industry need a special package to revive and it seek government support to attract tourists in Jammu and Kashmir in winters under the prevention of SoP issued by govt. Tajinder said that tourism industry which is already on crutches required a viable plan from tourism ministry to promote tourism business in Jammu and Kashmir like other tourist destinations in India. Jammu and Kashmir need to complete it's mega projects such as artificial lake, development of River Tawi banks on the pattern of sabermati, completion of Mubarak mandi heritage complex, development of Ragunath mandir and residency road Jammu on the pattern of Amritsar heritage city around Golden Temple & more beautification work around Dal lake and Gardens in Kashmir.Tajinder added. |
