12/6/2020 11:47:36 PM
Early Times Report
RS PURA, Dec 6: Campaigning for DDC candidate of RS Pura seat, Prof Garu Ram Bhagat, BJP RS Pura District President Harbhajan Singh Pummy today visited several areas of RS Pura constituency and appealed to the masses to vote for BJP.
He was also accompanied by Sarpanchs, Panchs, party leaders and a large number of people hailing from the areas. Speaking on the occasion, Pummy said that the recently concluded two phases of DDC elections has shown that people are ready to vote again for BJP for overall development across Jammu and Kashmir. He said that opposition parties have lost their ground which is why they are building up false claims which are very much resented by the public. He stated that only BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi thought about the welfare of J&K and abrogation of Article 370 has brought fruitful results for the development. He also stated that for the first time in the history of J&K these elections are being held and parties who said that they will not contest any election are now contesting all seats in DDC elections which show their lust of power will never end and public must not fall into their trap which have been laid by them for seven decades. BJP is committed for the welfare of J&K and it believes on the agenda of "Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas Sabka Vishwas". Maintaining that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has always shown concern for the welfare of the people of J&K, Pummy said the various decisions taken by BJP Govt are the outcome of the relentless efforts of the party which pursued these issues both before Central and State governments from time to time.Pummy gave full credit to his party for these pro people decisions aimed at welfare of the people of J&K.While highlighting various decisions taken by Modi Govt benefitting large sections of the people, he complimented the Central Government led by Narendra Modi for its concern for the people of Jammu and Kashmir in which the Government has readily agreed to bear the additional financial burden incurred upon the State due to these decisions.
