Jammu, Dec 24: One day Civil Defence Training was conducted for 30 Associate NCC officers of various Educational Institutions of JKUT at Nagrota NCC Camp. Training Programme was Personally Supervised was by Dy.SP Shashi Thakur, Dy. Controller Civil Defence, Jammu.

S.S .Rawat Camp Commandant 2 J&K independent company Bhadarwah, Madhu Anand NCC officers, Parmjit Kumar, Chief Warden Civil Defence also present on the occasion and they were given the Knowledge of First Aid, CPR, Fire Fighting etc. during the Programme. The main aim of the awareness programme to facilitate the officers with regard to importance/role of Civil Defence volunteers to responding as First Responder during any eventuality/disaster for the First Aid & Rescue Techniques and were also ask to adopt the guidelines for preventive measures of Covid-19.
