The 4th Additional District Judge Srinagar Haq Nawaz Zargar has asked the office bearers of JKFA to restrain from taking any policy decision. The judge while hearing the petition also asked the JKFA office bearers to hold the elections at the earliest in order to remove the misgivings.
“In the meantime, till objections are filed and same are considered and till next date of hearing, non-applicants/defendants are directed not to take any policy decision regarding the association and are further directed to take appropriate steps for conduct of elections for the association,” the judge ordered.
