| GDC Khour organizes online Paragraph writing competition | | |

JAMMU, Jan 2: Psychological Counselling Cell of Govt. Degree College Khour organized an intra-college online paragraph writing competition on the topic 'Stress Management' under the Manodarpan, initiative of Govt. of India.
Aryan Chib of semester 1st secured first place, Shivani Uttam of semester 1st secured second place and Rama Nand of semester 1st secured third place. The event was organized by Dr. Neetika Sharma, Co-ordinator Psychological Counselling Cell, GDC Khour under the supervision of Prof. Hans Raj Principal of the College.
Principal of the College appreciated the efforts of the students and said that the management of stress and taking care of mental health alongwith physical health is very important in the present time.
The purpose of organizing such events is to educate students about the importance of mental health and how to deal with stress in their day-to-day life. |
