Story telling competition held | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 2: A story telling is a unique human skill shared amongst people far and wide. It opens up the vivid imaginations that runs wild in children and it also builds confidence and enhances speaking skills. Keeping this thing in mind Shiksha Niketan Senior Secondary school Jeevan Nagar conducted an inter-section competition based on the theme storytelling on the eve of Christmas for the students of class -5th . All the students from different sections participated in this competition in a very great zeal and enthusiastic way .Students showed their hidden talent in a very wonderful way. The competition was held under the supervision of all the concerned teachers of class -5th on zoom App. The judge for judging this event was Sugandha Sethi (coordinator of class -7th. She judged the performance of the students on the basis of the given criteria:- timing, presentation, gesture, theme and knowledge of the event. The winners of this competition were 1st position was bagged by Tanam Veer Singh of class 5th, 2nd position was bagged by Hafsa Class 5th F and 3rd position was bagged by Jasleen Kour of class 5th D. Further Madhuri Malhotra incharge of middle wing congratulated all the winners and appreciated their wonderful performance. At last Rameshwar Mengi principal of the school congratulated all the students for their mesmerizing performance. |
