| Border Kissan Union stages protest against farm laws | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
VIJAYPUR, Jan 2: The farmers under the banner of Border Kissan Union staged a protest against farm laws. The farmers gathered at Ramgarh and submitted memorandum in continuation to its previous ones before the Lt Governor through Tehsildar Ramgarh for further submission via District Administration Samba to express resentment of farming sector and solidarity against passing of three farm bills.
The agitating farmers stressed upon the Modi led government to withdraw the bills as these are merely meant to benefit corporate sector only.
The Border Kissan Union said that if the demands of the farmers are ignored then it shall also be bound to march along with farming instrument (Tractors & Trollies) to join their counterparts at Delhi along with displaying Tricolors before 26 January 2021.
It also requested all the BJP heads of entire states to request Modi to shun the path of adamancy and withdraw the implementation of bills forthwith in the interest of nation in general and farming sector in particular. |
