Callous approach towards 45 leftover KP migrant job aspirants is irony : Sunil | | | EarlyTimes Report
JAMMU, Feb 4: Taking a jibe at the callous approach of Jammu and Kashmir administration towards left over Kashmiri migrant 45 job aspirants who were selected for government service in 2017 were awaiting appointment orders but now they have launched an agitation for redressal of their demands at press club Jammu here for the last 116 days,sources said here today. While lambasting the administration of Jammu and Kashmir social activist Sunil Pandita who has also joined the protest said that it is sheer injustice with protesting left over government job Kashmiri migrant aspirants who were not served with the appointment letters despite the assurances from the relevant fora. The process of their selection was duely followed by the laid down norms in 2017 but they were not provided with any appointment orders till date for reasons best known to helms men ,Sunil added. This kind of act on the part of Government seems to be a cruel joke with these Kashmiri migrant youth who have been protesting in favour of their demands here for the last 116 days under the banner of Kashmiri Migrants Unemployed Youth demanding redressal of their genuine demands with an immediate effect but due to callous approach of the administration their pleas fall to deaf ears Sunil further added while talking to EarlyTimes. It is pertinent to mention here that Government has issued job notification for various posts recently without applying mind as the case of these 45 job aspirants who were selected in 2017 was pending all along.We fear that we may have been sidelined under some Government planning the protesting youth alleged but we are firm to continue our protest unless our goal is achieved said an agitating youth. |
