 EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 5: The Department of Youth Services and Sports District Jammu organized Inter School District Level Selection trails under the chairmanship of Saleem Ur Rehman, Director General, Youth Services & Sports, J&K Jammu and overall supervision of Sukhdev Raj Sharma, DYSSO Jammu, under U/19 Yrs (Boys & Girls) in the discipline of Pencak- Silat at Taekwando Academy, Khel Gaon Nagrota, Jammu. About 25 players, both boys & girls participated in the competition.
The main aim of the selection trails is to select the best players for next level of tournament coming ahead. The activity Incharge Ram Murti along with technical officials Omeshwar Sanyal, PEL, Ranjit Singh, PEM, Nitin Sharma, PET, Raman Sharma, PET, Mukta Gupta, PET and other officials were present during the whole trails.
Moreover, volleyball and kabaddi Academy was inaugurated by Director General, Youth Services & Sports, J&K Jammu at Khel Gaon Nagrota. During the inaugural ceremony, a Volleyball match was played between Jammu Team and Nagrota Team, in which Nagrota team remain winner. |
