JAMMU, Feb 5: In a major success today on specific information, excise sleuths conducted series of raids at Salehar and Laswara villages of Bishnah and R.S Pura sub range.
During the course of raids, 1300kg of lahan and 11 bottles of illicit liquor, which is highly hazardous for human health was seized and destroyed on spot by the excise team. Besides, one person was booked under section 48 of the Excise Act.
The excise team was led by ETO South, Rafie Naik, assisted by inspector excise Ashwani Sharma and sub inspectors, Rohit Chib and Ajay Sharma. |
