| Dy Controller CD chairs meeting of Wardens, Civil Defence Volunteers | | |

JAMMU, Feb 9: Dy Controller Civil Defence (CD) Jammu chaired a meeting of the Wardens and Civil Defence Volunteers of Civil Defence Town Jammu.
During the meeting Dy. Controller CD Jammu Dy SP Shashi Thakur appreciated the role of Warden service of Jammu and stressed upon organization of Awareness camps to aware general public with regard to the importance of human life and to give them Knowledge of First Aid, CPR, Fire Fighting etc techniques and also by way of organizing more and more training camps as well as mock exercises in their respective areas.
During the meeting Chief Warden Paramjeet Kumar assured Dy. Controller CD Jammu that his Civil Team will put their extra efforts for organizing such programmes as well as training camps for the spreading knowledge of Rescue Techniques during any disaster as general public is the First Responder to any Disaster.
In the meeting Divisional Warden Vinod Sharma, Dy. Div. Warden Lalita Sharma, Post Warden Vimal Pandita and Amit Nayyar etc. were also present. |
