Srinagar , Feb 9: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Tuesday gave green signal to deputation of Alok Kumar, Indian Revenue Service (IRS) of Jammu and Kashmir, saying that it has no objection for his deputation. Under Secretary to Government of India, Pankaj Awasthi in a letter has stated that the department of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Affairs, MHA has no objection for deputation of Alok Kumar, IRS to J-K, on the basis of cadre clearance/no objection issued by the Competent Authority in CBDT, D/O Revenue, Ministry of Finance, vide letter number HRD/CM/152/85/2013-14 dated 16 December 2020. “The deputation of Shri Alok Kumar, IRS to UT of J-K for a period of three years will be governed by terms and conditions issued by DoPT from time to time,” Awasthi said in an office memorandum |
