RAMBAN, Feb 10: As part of ongoing Road Safety Month, The Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam today inaugurated a Medical Camp for drivers and others stakeholders. The camp was organized by the Motor Vehicles Department in collaboration with the Health Department in which a team of medical doctors examined more than 100 drivers and conductors by checking their blood pressure, sugar level and eyesight. Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that the Motor Vehicles Department, Ramban, has intensified awareness drive across the district to sensitize the people, especially drivers and conductors about adherence to traffic rules as well as road safety measures. |
