| Govt.MAM College conducts online workshop | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 13: The placement and Career Counseling cell of Government MAM College organized a webinar on “How to build Successful Careers” under the patronage of Prof Sunil Uppal, Principal of the college. Prof Bharti Slathia , Convener of the Career counseling Cell welcomed the Principal and participants and Debashish Ghosh, Resource person for the workshop. She briefed the purpose of arranging such a meaningful webinar aimed at creating human capital.
Prof Sunil Uppal, Principal of the college and Chief Guest of the workshop in his inaugural address lauded the efforts of the Career Counseling and Placement Cell in organizing a Webinar on such a pertinent topic as it would give the young learners an opportunity to excel in their careers .
He exhorted that the webinar was aimed at giving insight to participants for unlocking their real potential.
He stressed that in order to excel in life,one has to be passionate and dedicated enough to carve a niche for themselves.
Debashish Gosh, Vice President and Country HR Head, Berkadia, a Berkshire Hathway and Jefferies Financial Services Co. emphasized on inculcating values and practices contributing an enjoyable workplace and professionalism. He dwelt on his experiences which contributed to his career growth.
Dr. Banpreet Kour, Covener of the Career Counseling Cell, extended the formal vote of thanks with concluding remarks on the workshop. She thanked the entire team especially Mr. Debashish for sparing his valuable time to enlighten the participants. |
