| GDC Nagrota holds workshop on entrepreneurship development | | |

Jammu, Mar 24: The Career Counseling Cell of Government Degree College Nagrota hosted a workshop on Entrepreneurship and Awareness conducted by Catholic Social Service Society in association with Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), in which many students of the college and local participants from different panchayats of Nagrota participated.
Prof Attar Singh Kotwal, principal of the college welcomed the dignitaries as well as students and emphasized upon the participants to derive maximum benefits out of the schemes of JKEDI.
Vinod Kumar (JKEDI) made the participants aware about the current Govt. job scenario and discussed the different Financial Assistance schemes for entrepreneurship. Vijender Singh( JKEDI) briefed about the innovation in the Business Development. Prof Anjali Mahajan thanked Niamat Ali (project co-ordinator CSSS) and JKEDI team on behalf of the college. Prof Talat Khan and prof Shalini Raina , members of the Career Counselling Cell were also present. |
