DDC Rajouri reviews implementation of Flagship schemes | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI, Mar 24: To review the performance under various schemes being implemented by different departments, District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan on Tuesday convened a meeting with the concerned officers here in his office chamber. While reviewing the progress under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, the concerned officer apprised that against 7.50 lakh beneficiaries 2.06 lakh have been registered and 1.76 lakh were provided golden cards. The DDC also inquired about the functioning of the CSCs and directed the concerned officer to make the newly generated IDs of 100 CSCs functional at the earliest to ensure cent per cent saturation of the district under the SEHAT Scheme. About the progress achieved under vaccination drive, it was informed that 4891 health care workers have been given the first dose, 2456 been administered the second dose and the achievement is 94 per cent. Similarly, the progress regarding the vaccination of the frontline workers and persons above sixty years is 85 per cent and 16.08 per cent respectively besides as many as 95 persons in the district under the age group of 45-59 with Co-morbidity have also been vaccinated. While giving further details, the concerned officer informed that as many as 89780 doses were received in the district out of which 49140 were handed over to the Army, 200 sent to Poonch and a balance of 40440 doses is available with the Health Department. Regarding the progress in Aadhaar seeding, the meeting was informed that the 75 per cent seeding has been done for different pension schemes. Against 1.57 lakh Aadhaar Seeding of 1.22 lakh MGNREGA job card holders has been done and the progress in this regard is 77.9 percent, the meeting was told. Similarly, against 794185 eligible persons in the district 719116 have been Adhaar enrolled till date. The DDC directed the concerned officer to organise special camps to enroll the left out persons. Regarding the progress of works under the Back to Village programme, it was informed that as many as 981 works have been approved at an estimated cost of Rs 3.00 crore and an amount of Rs 9.80 lacs have been sanctioned to each panchayat for the execution of works of different nature. |
