Development under Modi-regime flawless, long lasting: Kavinder | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 5: Over Rs 100 crore spent on development in ward no. 56 falling in Gangyal area in the last five years is proof of the fact that progress carried out in J&K after Prime Minister Narendra Modi took over the reins of the country is optimum and everlasting. This was stated by senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta while interacting with the residents of Ward No. 56 in Gangyal area falling in the Gandhi Nagar Constituency. The BJP senior functionary accompanied by Baldev Baloria Corporator held an extensive tour of the area wherein he also inaugurated several development works besides disseminating information about comprehensive development carried out in the locality. Vinay Gupta District President and Narinder Koki Secretary also joined the former Deputy Chief Minister during the visit to the aforesaid ward. Hitting out hard against the opposition parties which on and off raised questions over functioning of BJP and its leaders’ intention to ensure welfare of people, Kavinder said that governance model of BJP is most efficient and is moving in the direction to usher in a new era of progress in J&K. The BJP stalwart said that the way BJP has fulfilled its promises in J&K with regard to issues like scrapping provisions of Article 370, providing relief to PoK refugee families, delivering justice to West Pakistan Refugees, Gorkhas, etc, ensuring rights to daughters of erstwhile J&K State, giving all possible help to border shelling affected people and extending all the central laws in J&K UT besides eliminating the supremacy of separatists, terror mongers and their overt and covert sympathizers, one can say with pride that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s model of governance is flawless and he will steer the country to pinnacle of development. “NC, PDP and Congress leaders know this that their time has gone but are speaking ill about the pious and nationalistic BJP government as their last resort to save face which surely is not going to work this time”, Kavinder said.
