| 1853 vaccinated, 635 samples collected in Ramban District | | | Early Times Report
RAMBAN, Apr 5: As many as 1853 persons were administered first and second Covid vaccine doses across Ramban district, today.
The Health Department also collected 635 samples including 270 RT-PCR and 365 RAT samples in the district.
As per daily bulletin issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Ramban, Dr. Mohammad Farid Bhat, 1853 persons, the highest in a single day in the district, were administered Covid vaccine at dedicated Vaccination Centres.
The District Administration has urged people over the age of 45 years to visit their nearest CVC to get themselves vaccinated.
The admin has also decided to intensify the drive to enforce face mask wearing at crowded places to prevent the infection from spreading.
