The Director School Education Jammu, Dr. Ravi Shankar Sharma, termed the present scenario as the hard time and suggested that in this depressive environment, ‘our focus should be on Ray of Hope.’ “We should keep ourselves aloof of social media and try to be mentally healthy too by igniting a ray of hope for the happy well-being of all,” he said.
