Manjula Sularia, the CEO of the organization is a Josh talk speaker, a Life Skills coach, a social entrepreneur, who has trained and counselled more than two lac individuals. The aim of this webinar was to provide the faculty with a platform for genuine connection amid uncertainty, encouraging them to field their questions to the speaker, generate mental health awareness, and strengthen demand for integrated mental health and psychosocial interventions.
During the webinar, Manjula Sularia, the speaker, talked about the feelings of being stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed; each of which one might have experienced at some point or another along their academic journey, especially over the last few months while dealing with the enforced social isolation and uncertainties around the COVID-19 pandemic.
