Cultural Wing DIPR hosts Webinar on Covid appropriate Behaviour

JAMMU, July 5: Cultural Wing Jammu, Department of Information and Public Relations(DIPR) today organised a webinar on Covid appropriate behaviour in collaboration with NSS Unit of Department of Music Government Degree College, Udhampur.
Principal of college Prof. Subash Chander was the Chief Guest and Joint Director Information, Jammu, Namrita Dogra was Guest of Honour.
Parul Khajuria, Cultural Officer, DIPR Jammu, Prof Samosh Kumar HOD Department of Music and Dr. Rippy NSS programme officers were the coordinator of the programme.
In all, 10 students took part in the debate.
Rahul Sharma bagged 1st position, Mritunjya Sharma got 2nd position and Rythem Sharma won 3rd position, while Sonali Bharti, Amandeep Singh & Rohit Kumar bagged consolation prizes. Welcomed note was presented by Prof. Pankaj Sharma and proceedings were conducted by Suresh Sharma, Senior Culture Assistant
The artists of Cultural wing of DIPR Jammu including Banti shah, Mohinder Panchairvi and Balbir Singh presented songs & jingles on the topic.
In her address, Cultural Officer, Parul Khajuria highlighted the importance of Covid appropriate behaviour and stressed upon the participants to follow the same to break the transmission chain of the virus.
