7/8/2021 11:46:11 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 8: Bodh Raj Sarpanch of village Kundra and Bhabbar have appealed to DDC Chairperson Saraf Singh Nag, vice chairperson Sajra Qadir and Deputy Commissioner Reasi S. Charandeep Singh to keep their areas with Reasi assembly constituency.
Sharing his views he said that the village Kundra and Bhabbar are very near to district administration and it is approachable to every folk living out here. We have received information that our villages are to be attached with some other constituency which is unacceptable for us. We have also written a letter to DDC Council regarding the same issue.
Last year Government has made a change in which our villages were attached with Katra block and we want out villages to be attached with Reasi as soon as possible
Another localite Sansar Chand, shared that if we our villages Kundra, Bhabbar and Dera get attached with some other constituency, we will agitate and will come on roads as we strongly oppose this move and request administration to keep us with Reasi constituency and raise our voices in front of delimitation commission members who came all way to Jammu and Kashmir to meet leaders of Jammu and Kashmir.
