| 50 HCs promoted to rank of ASIs | | |  Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Aug 24: S.J.M Gillani-IPS, Addl. Director General of Police Armed J&K today issued promotion orders of 50 Head Constables of J&K Armed Police to the rank of Asst. Sub-Inspectors vide APHQ order No.703 of 2021 dated August 24, 2021.
The promotion orders of the said Head Constables to the rank of ASIs were issued after the DPC headed by ADGP Armed J&K as its Chairman assessed the cases of eligible HCs and found them fit for promotion in light of the relevant promotion norms.
The ADGP Armed congratulated the newly promoted ASIs and wished Good luck to them and their families. The ADGP hoped that the newly promoted ASIs shall consistently demonstrate discipline, hard work and dedication towards their respective assignments and always come-up to the expectations of people of the J&K UT. The Staff Officer to ADGP Armed J&K Mahmood Ahmed-SSP, Dy. Director Prosecution APHQ J&K Mohammad Shafi Rather, Pvt. Secretary to ADGP Armed J&K Syed Sajad Hussain and DySP (Pers.) APHQ Ab. Hamid Dar also extended their good wishes to the newly promoted ASIs of Jammu & Kashmir Armed Police. |
