| IWC celebrated Teachers’ Day | | |

Jammu, Sept 4: Inner Wheel Club New Gen Jammu observed Teachers’ Day to commemorate the birth Anniversary of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. The event was organized to commemorate the teachers for their hard work and guidance where in two distinguished teachers namely Seema Sharma, Master, GHS Deeli and Alka Bal, PGT English, KV, National and State Awardee respectively were honoured for their valued service in the field of Education.
The programme started with Inner Wheel Prayer followed by floral tribute to Dr. Radhakrishnan. After this, Club President Mrs. Anita Goel made a speech on Teachers’ Day. Then trophies and certificates were presented to the distinguished guest for their contribution to our society. Later they showed their views and experiences with the club members. Teachers present there pledged for greater dedication and sincerity in the profession. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by the Club Secretary Mrs. Ambika Samnotra.
