JAMMU, Oct 5: The 'Clean India' programme under 'Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav' was organized on the directions of Director, Youth Services & Sports, J&K, UT Gazanfar Ali at Jammu, Zone Satwari. The programme was organized under the supervision of Sukhdev Raj Sharma, District, Youth Services & Sports Officer, Jammu and Satvinder Kour, ZPEO, Satwari. The cleanliness drive programme was organized at Bagh-e-Bhour wherein all the field staff members PELs, PEMs, PETs, REKs & NYCs of Zone Satwari were present. During the programme the volunteers collected Single Use Plastic from inside Bagh-e-Bhour Tourist Park. The field staff members of Zone Satwari educated regarding harmful effects of single use plastic. The cleanliness drive was held in the presence of Avtar Singh, Sarpanch, Chatha Farm. |
