Jammu, Oct 5: Tall claims of the government about situation returning to normal in Kashmir were punctured yet again on Tuesday, after militants killed three civilians, two in Srinagar and one in Bandipora, in cold blood.
The killings took place within a span of one hour.
First prominent chemist Dr Bindroo was killed in his shop at Iqbal Park , then a non-local hawker at Srinagar outskirts, and another civilian in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
